Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Times: We aim to ship items within 5-7 business days after order confirmation. Custom orders may require additional time, as specified at the time of order.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and added to your total order amount.
• Delivery: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.  
  • Ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

At Custom Creations By Gigi LLC, we are unable to provide any additional information about the shipment status once the carrier has taken possession of the package. We can only access the details provided by the carrier through their tracking service. For updates on tracking, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Custom Creations By Gigi LLC is not responsible for misdeliveries resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer, and no claims can be made for such errors.
